Give us any lot reference from our packing and we'll trace it back to the farm, harvest date, grading batch and the container it sailed in. For a growing impex, that transparency is how we earn long-term buyers.

Buyer flags any non-conformance within 7 days of discharge, with photos, weight notes or survey reference. One email or WhatsApp message is enough to open the file.
We review jointly against your evidence, our stuffing photo log and — where needed — an independent surveyor's report. Findings are shared in writing, not over calls.
Fair settlement: credit note, replacement on the next lot, or price adjustment. Root cause is fixed at source before the following shipment is stuffed.
